This cozy 2-bedroom hilltop sanctuary is perfect for your escape to Canyon Lake or Guadalupe River! The Chill Haus is designed for an easy and relaxing getaway to enjoy after exploring the Texas countryside. The large open-concept living area features a serene, wooded view and comfy 10-seater sofa that is perfect for groups and family gatherings. There is plenty of dinning space available and a cozy pellet fireplace for year-round comfort.
Step out the French doors onto a covered wrap around patio with a large outdoor dining table for 6, BBQ grill and chiminea fire pit to lounge and enjoy the fresh Hill country air. The deck also features a hydrotherapy hot tub perfect for unwinding after all of the outdoor activities.
The fully equipped kitchen includes essentials for cooking and dining.
The large bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds with a smart tv and private large bathroom that features an overhead heater and huge walk-in closet.
The cozy second bedroom offers a secluded queen size bed, spacious closet and smart TV. Guest bath features a charming clawfoot tub and overhead heater.
You can also enjoy a large Icehouse style game-room with ping-pong, foosball, darts and a big screen TV great for movie nights!

Our stay at Stephanie's place was wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with most of the furniture and fixtures looking brand new. We loved the spaces designed for family time, specially the large game room and the deck with the BBQ and awesome hot tub.There were also plenty of board games in the living room which was also a plus.Overall, we had a great experience, thanks also to Stephanie's kind and professional communication.
