Just perfect for a quick get away. Convenient to our event at Whitewater. So cute, with everything we needed. Patio and small yard were an added bonus. Host was quick to answer questions and provide info. We would stay here again.

Peaceful stay

Great location and very quiet. Deer and hummingbirds! Very clean and comfortable cottage with a back porch to relax. We attended a show at Whitewater. Short drive and you can also Uber from here. We had some confusion with entry as there is a key box on door but you need to enter code on a key pad on door. Host was very quick to help us! Would stay here again!

Charming Cottage

My mother and I stayed at Sunbeam Cottage for a family wedding that was nearby. The cottage was clean, quiet and very well kept. The cottage is tucked away in the woods but has a main road that is easily accessable. The property is pet friendly and has a small area in the back which was a bonus. The property has a fridge/freezer, microwave, small snacks and coffee available. We really enjoyed seeing the deer that would come by and visit every morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful, safe, and front parking space. Very clean. Small place but big enough for us 2 adults and a teen. It dont have a kitchen, it has a refri big enough to put drinks, fruits, and salads.
