Cleanliness was very poor. The floors were flithy, there was dust everywhere, and there was mould and mildew in the shower. It made me wonder if the room had been cleaned at all. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and provided me a 10% discount as an apology, but I feel like it should have been 30%. Any hotel room should be clean, but especially when the room costs $750 per night.

There was no housekeeping for us during our stay, which I feel we should know about prior to booking. And there should be a discount. No emptying of garbages, or beds made etc. There were dead bugs on the windowsill which is kind of icky. Overall I feel the price to value received was not great. The staff at the front desk on check in check out was very short, like we were interrupting something very important for them. It wasn’t a welcoming feeling.

The staff were okay and friendly. However, the condition of the room was poor for the price I paid. The room was unfinished (unpainted), the air conditioner wasn't adjustable, the tv remote and floors were dirty.

Our room smelt musty. There was obvious water damage and mildew in the bathroom. The bed sounded like they were wrapped in plastic any time you moved they squealed. Over priced for what was actually offered.

Property is really nice but the parking situation is terrible. We didn’t stay in the main building and the front desk advised us we can only park under the roof area of the building we are staying else our car will be towed. We rented a minivan and the parking is so tight and so hard to get out of the minivan. We literally have to walk sideways to get in and out. We stayed for few days and hated each time we need to park. Last night of our stay there was no available parking and when we approached the front desk we were told we can park anywhere and we ended up parking at the gravel parking.

Centrally located to other restaurants,it would have been better having a few restaurants on site. Rooms were paper thin and I heard my noisy neighbours even when wearing earplugs to bed. I’d call Down to ask for someone to fix my A/C and nobody ever showed up as I stayed for 3 nights. Poor communication skills!

Do not stay here.not 4 star and not like pictures.not a “resort”. its a condo building and PEKA manages it-very poorly.Property is old and 2 Indian staff don’t care to solve problems instead they blame you.My daughter got a skin rash and belly button infection from the pool, they blamed us we stayed in the pool too long.Check in was supposedly at 4pm but they made us wait to 4:40 because they were cleaning room.Check out is 10am.Staff not helpful and could not offer suggestions for activities and told us go google it.no concierge after 11pm.limited and tight parking.no housekeeping they tell you after it’s booked that there’s a $75 daily charge.bathrooms stink of urine.room was big but dated and annex building is dark and dingy with housekeeping area and laundry visible to all.cant believe some people paid $700+ a night!

Poor experience, poor room

When we walked in the room it smelt old, musky, mouldy strong. The AC was not working. 2 men came to fix it, which drew out some of the smell. My friend called ahead of time to have wine ready for us when we arrived, as she wanted to surprise me for my birthday, it was not there. There was no hot water for our shower, we did mention this to the front desk the next day. We were busy out and about all day, we didnt know if we had hot water or not so we showered at the pool. We also asked for towels for our room and they said they would bring them but did not. Our last evening we noticed the AC leaking water, pooling on the floor, we had towels soaking up the water, it appeared worse in the morning, we went to go tell the front desk. Hoping to get a discount for our not so nice stay. We had let them know we would like a discount and were told they would email once they knew how much of a discount they could give within a couple of hours. I have yet to get that email.

Wait till construction is done.

The construction was not great. When I booked through hotels.com there was no mention of it being under construction. The rooms were dated. The “awesome shower” didn’t work like it was supposed to. I was there 5 years ago and loved it.
