"O quarto 1207 é barulhento: tem alguma máquina ligada até tarde de noite. Tive que usar tampa-ouvidos para dormir. Tinha pelos no piso do banheiro. O academia de ginástica é visivelmente avessa aos hóspedes: tem que pedir senha na recepção (o que ninguém da recepção avisa, claro). O recepcionista da academia não faz muita questão de ajudar também. Desisti, fui correr na rúa. Quando terceirizam os serviços, os hóspedes ficam preteridos, porque não pagam. Normal. Não gostei.
As refeições (jantar e café da manhã) são de ótima qualidade. A estrutura do hotel em geral é muito boa."
