We liked an indoor pool for kids. Did not like the expensive for amenities, no complimentary breakfast, fruit or snacks at any time. Really did not like someone tried to enter our room after 11pm, then someone began cslling our room (3 times), never identified themselves as a Holiday Inn employeeor by name. It got straightend out. They said sorry, blamed their computer. But by that time they had woke me, my wife, daughter and granddaughter up. They told me to come to the desk or I had to go. Also told me im not supposed to be in the room. Turned out my name and CC info was correct. They had two reservations in my name for the stay instead of one. No excuse for how they acted on the phone demanding I get up and come to the desk. I would not subject my family to this style of guest relationship. That room was $167.00, reserved and paid for and they performed horribly over tjeir own computer data they made and then could understand.

The location was excellent. We requested a roll away bed and was told they did not have anymore available. The pool area was small. The parking was awful. Need more parking space for guest.

We were staying at another hotel in the area that burned. The employees at the holiday in gave us supplies and were super helpful as we lost everything we had

forgot to put our wakeup call in.ac/heater ran all night outlets for hair dryer in bathroom didn't work. very uncomfortable bed.
