The space Centrally located in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, this is the perfect place for a group of up to 4 people looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk or drive away.
A beautiful recently decorated 2 bedroom apartment, furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and stylish stay in Cambridge.
SLEEPING: Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed and Ensuite with walk-in shower 2nd Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed and own working desk. Each bedroom features their own built in wardrobes with shelves and hanging space. Main bathroom with own bath and shower next to Bedroom 2. Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and travel size toiletries provided including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap.
CHILLING: Well appointed open plan living/dining room with a flat screen 50 inch Smart TV to select your favourite Streaming App or Local channel, with SKY TV provided also. Your own private balcony with outdoor furniture, located on the top floor.
EATING: The modern kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.
PARKING: A dedicated free undercover parking space belonging to the apartment is available for guests to use. The apartment can be accessed from the car park via a lift on the same level, and up to the 3rd floor where the apartment is located.
OUT AND ABOUT: Situated next to Addenbrookes and Royal Papworth Hospitals and a short 10 minute drive to Cambridge train station and the Cambridge city centre, the apartment is a perfect stay for all occasions. There is a sports field across the road and a kids playground beside the building. 3 minutes walk to Hobsons Square you will find a Sainsburys and Nisa Local supermarket, and a Chinese Pop-up supermarket. Five minute drive to a Waitrose Superstore, restaurants, pubs, and cafes.
I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My apartment is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and will not be disturbed during their stay. Access to my property is on street level or from the car park into a lift lobby and up to the 3rd floor via a lift.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay. Other things to note - We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours - Check in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check-out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule - Baby Travel Cot is available upon request. An additional charge of £50 will apply if you were to hire for your stay. - Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys – please be careful with them. - The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with remote access details - Mid-stay cleaning/linen can be organized on request for an additional charge, and required for longer stays up to 30 days. - We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there is Sainsburys Local supermarket minutes away.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
