This is a wonderful hotel, the location is fantastic! It’s really close to the beach which is beautiful. It has a lot and I mean a lot of eating options. Also it has many markets for anything you need. The hotel itself is great! The breakfast and dinner buffet are also good. The grounds were super clean and the staff was super friendly and helped with anything needed. The room was perfect and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would come back as well.

No fridge or kettle in room

Hotel was lovely not sure why you dont get a fridge or kettle in the room and the safes are located near the hotel reception maybe putting them in the room would be better

We absolutely loved staying here, it is 3 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Clean and spacious rooms, beds made everyday and balconys are great size. Pool was great with lots of beds available. Food was delicious, different each day and plenty of choice for everyone. Staff are really friendly and welcoming too. Local buses are really easy to navigate to Palma and magaluf. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend ☺️

Great stay in Santa Ponsa

Great location- easily walkable for main resort and beach. Good size swimming pool. Rooms clean and a good size. Breakfast had a good selection and all very good quality.

A lovely friendly, hospitable hotel. All facilities were exceptional and the breakfast offering great. Ideally located 4 min walk to beach, restaurants and bars. This hotel certainly ticks all of the boxes.
