Nice staff .. food was nice . Easy walk to the beach . Only thing with all inclusive . After a week .. food becomes a bit repetitive.. but otherwise nice choices . Nice music each night .

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff were creative, attentive, and provided outstanding service with a smile. The animation team was energetic and entertaining, offering fun activities for both children and adults, which made our days even more enjoyable. We traveled as a family with two children, and the hotel is truly suitable for all ages, making it a great choice for everyone. We only booked breakfast, and it exceeded our expectations with a delicious and varied international selection. If we return to Mallorca, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!

If you’re looking to stay at a place that’s a glammed hostel - this is it. Hallways are carpeted and stained Arrived to a double room with one room only One pillow and a double bed A pull out couch with stains, no linens and two bath towels. We waited over an hour for help and we received none. It was by far the biggest disappointment. We ultimately left and relocated to another hotel.

Overall hotel was amazing as well as all staff members. Food was very good and fresh, everyday there were loungers available by the pool. The only minus of my stay was boring music at the pool. I think there was not much tought about different age groups. Also we didnt got extras which were listed on expedia ( receptionist said that it is not something they offer).

Terrible experience with the Staff, my sister in law with my niece was sitting in the lobby a whole day to be checked in, totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Hyatt hires untrained and rude staff with ZERO desire to help and resolve a simple situation.
