Good apartment, confort room and bed. There is only public parking, and it's usually full during the summer. And, in the morning, they start soon (8 am) to arrange thr rooms and it gets very noise.

The hotel is great. Loved the pool and bar area. The only complaint is about not providing tea/coffee /kettle service in the room. The location is great and 5 min walk from shops, restaurants,bars and beach so very convenient.

Overall it's good to stay. Free public parking are available next to building. Room is clean, wifi is OK. We are asked by reception when checked in regarding breakfast pack for date of check out because early check out, it was so kind and nice, but when checked out nothing is prepared and reception said only excuse.... Big disapointed at the end of stay.

First holiday in Palma de Mallorca, Paguera

Staff at the reception supposed to book a taxi for us as I have requested one day prior the flight back to Liverpool but unfortunately no Taxi was booked and We had to manage it again on the same day when was our flight. Very stressful. Staff servicing us during our half board not friendly, very selectively choose people and the most German tourists. English language need to be improved!

Perfect for couples

Have been to Peguera many times but never stayed here. We will definately book again. Lovely clean and spacious room. We were given an uograde from a double to a junior suite. Friendly staff. Breakfast had so much chouce and a lovely area to sit around the pool. Definately a place for couples as lovely and quiet.

Lovely stay in Peguera

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Good location just back off the main strip and only 5 mins to the beach. Only had the breakfast but can say that there was lots of choice . Nice room overlooking the pool which itself was clean and there was no shortage of sunbeds. Only minus point was the fact that you have to rent the safe. Not sure that is what you expect at a 4 star hotel

Das Hotel verdient nicht wirklich 4 Sterne, auf Grund des langsamen Systems dauert der Checkin recht lange (am besten schon von Zuhause machen). Die Rezeption ist im Nachbarhotel. Beschilderung eher sparsam. Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant und im Zimmer geht so, die Handtücher sind teilweise fleckig und riechen Streng. Wir waren im renovieren Teil (Deluxe Zimmer), die anderen Zimmer möchte ich keinem empfehlen. Die Auswahl an Speisen beim Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich, aber soweit alles da was man braucht. Die Poollandschaft ist recht unordentlich Getränke und Snacks gibt es am Automaten (19 Cent Lidl Wasser für 2,80€) Auf Grund der Baustelle die aktuell im Hotel ist, werden jeden Morgen ab 7:15 Steine behauen oder Geflext. Das Abendbuffet für 20€ pro Person haben wir nicht genutzt. Es gibt genug wunderschöne Restaurants nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Jedoch muss man sagen für den Günstigen Preis ist das Hotel gerade vor der Saison OK und ein guter Startpunkt für Paguera und Ausflüge über die ganze Insel. Auch denke ich wenn die Arbeiten abgeschlossen wird es schon werden. In der Hauptsaison / Jahresurlaub würde ich jedoch ein anderes Hotel wählen.
