The villa is distributed on two levels, with the GROUND FLOOR closed and uninhabited during the rental. The UPPER FLOOR welcomes you with a spacious air-conditioned living room and access to the dining room, from where you can enjoy beautiful views of Calpe. The independent, fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and dishwasher ensures convenience in meal preparation. On this floor, you will find two bedrooms with double beds, both equipped with air conditioning, and two bedrooms with two single beds each, also with air conditioning. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.



The exterior of the villa offers a beautiful, fully fenced plot, with a well-kept garden and an 8x4 meter swimming pool, equipped with Roman steps and a refreshing outdoor shower. Good Villa, excellent location

Villa Puchero, is in an excellent location, 10 min walk to the beach. We had a problem with the hot water, and Plus holidays responded in 10 mins, excellent service. Villa is large and comfortable, kitchen is a little on the dark side and opening the door was not an option as the mosquitoes were particularly bad during our visit. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates etc. Shower could do with a deep clean,but main bathroom was clean. The views are superb especially from the turret. Overall good value.
