Lovely villa

Slightly confused by the paperwork given to me on arrival, which stated that any breakages/damage must be reported in the first 48hours of our stay, otherwise the property would be considered in “perfect condition”. Although the property was lovely, it was not “prefect”. Apparently had a makeover at the end of 2022. But some areas of the villa are looking “tired” - sofa is stained (for example). Wi-Fi was awful (2mpbs maximum). Having said all of the above, the management company were excellent and responsive. They provided some extra Aircon remotes (as some were missing in the bedrooms) and a cover for the sofa and provided an extra clean mid stay (to make up for the villa not being “perfect”. Overall, I would stay at the villa again. The pool was a great size. Some amazing views (upstairs particularly).

Relaxing break

Property was clean and presentable. A couple of issues with Wi-Fi and dishwasher but they were resolved very swiftly by the maintenance team. I would question the seating available in the villa if there were more than 4 people however, as I was on my own it is irrelevant but worth noting

Bien pero mejorable!

En el día de entrada la limpieza de apartamento deja mucho que desear. El horno por ejemplo lleva tiempo sin haberse limpiado y no nos atrevimos ni a utilizarlo. El sofá y los reposapiés igual. Hay algunos detalles como pomos de puerta y algunos elementos de la cocina que están para cambiar. Y las luces de los baños son insuficientes. Por lo demás el apartamento está bien. La piscina perfecta y la ubicación también. Una zona tranquila y cerca de todo. Algo a destacar es que el anuncio en Vrbo ponía entrada a las 16.00 h y realmente el grupo Túris luego te informa de que no es hasta las 17.00 h. La salida también nos hubiera gustado que fuera algo más tarde, ya que es a las 10.00. Y las llaves tienen que llevarse a la oficina. Por lo que no se puede disfrutar el último rato en el alquiler. Al menos si eso sirviera para que la casa esté impoluta… pero como he comentado, hay cosas de limpieza que nos dejaron un poco a disgusto.
