The GOOD The Staff was friendly. That's the reason for not providing a Poor rating.
The BAD
1. We received no notice that the hotel was changing from CHOICE to HILTON and it was chaotic starting with finding the hotel.
2. Things were not working like the the pool and hot tub were out of order, the sink wasn't draining properly, the hot water was tepid, the phone was not functioning, and the new HVAC fan would turn on automatically with a loud noise when it sensed movement in the room, and could not be adjusted, and the shower head was sticking out of the wall.
3. I asked to speak to the Manager and left a list of my issues but he never contacted me. I finally saw him as I was checking out, and he said he was sorry and appreciated my supplying my comments. I asked him if my bill could be adjusted. His response was Probably not, especially since I booked through Expedia. But he would get back to me. He has not done so.
