Hotel 11 is very accessible to Calgary Airport, it is situated in a safe industrial site. Customer service was excellent; Cathlyn at the reception desk was efficient, polite, helpful, and welcoming, we appreciate her assistance. Our room at the top floor was spotlessly clean and really quiet; it allowed us to have a very relaxing stay.

We were placed in a connecting room and you could hear every little thing the person in the next room was doing from using the washroom to watching a video on their phone and coughing. It was as if the person was right next to you. Very difficult to get any sleep after a late flight and it was unfortunate the front desk could not move us to another room as she said they were fully booked for the night. No other accommodations for the inconvenience was offered. I would not stay here if you are a light sleeper.

Polite staff, easy check-in. Clean, smart looking hotel that is well designed with a resturaunt on the main floor. Airport shuttle included with stay. Very close to the airport, but no noise. We would absolutely stay again.
