When I arrived and called the shuttle showed up within about 10 minutes even though they are scheduled to run on the hour. Less than a 10 minute drive from the airport.

The Pullout Couch mattress was so unbelievably uncomfortable! the springs were poking thru. I asked to switch rooms and nothing was available. They did not believe me how uncomfortable it was and said this was the first time someone complained. which i highly doubt! They also tried to charge me $1 for a disposable spoon even after spending $600 in hotel stays there. Needless to say, not impressed.
