The staff was so inviting even though I arrived on a delayed flight in the middle of the night -- free shuttle and 3 am swim --- made a long day and short sleep before virtual meeting the next morning much much easier -- thank you to the wonderful welcome and great service

I got into my room super late because of a delayed flight (2 am) . I asked for a bit of leway on check out time and they said thats fine. Then at 11:00 am house keeping was relentlessly banging on my door every 10 mins after I told them the situation multiple times.

Clean, spacious room and I appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room (especially since I had a very early morning flight); definitely upgrade from the usual hotel coffee set up! Airport shuttle was easy to schedule during check-in, and it's just a short ride from the hotel. Overall I would stay here again if I have an early morning flight!

Clean hotel, nice staff, and comfy rooms. Some nice features like having fresh water dispensers on every floor with a pitcher in the rooms. Only downside is that there wasn't even a free coffee station. That's why the 4 stars.
