Customer Service was very good at check in and check out . Room was good. We were very disappointed with the smell of the bathroom tap water very strong and bad smelling . We will not be returning though unless something can be done . .

Very rude front desk. Hounded me for another credit card when I checked in, as I only had $200 credit available. I prepaid through Hotels.com, but she still wanted room and tax plus incidentals on my card. Asked me if I knew anyone else in Calgary with a credit card. Then she was still there upon check out. She gave us a late check out, but yelled at us when we needed a new key to access our room to retrieve more luggage. Threatened to charge us another night because we were bringing down luggage too slowly. The hotel was very nice, amazing steam shower, but the service was terrible. I won't book here again.

Room comfortable, staff great. I rated hotel alone. The resturant is hugely overpriced. A quick ride to casino satisified my hunger. You are losing business over a simple fix. An affordable breakfast would be a start but a budget menu for early dinner would be an easy fix.

A great place to stay before travelling from YYC in the early morning. The bar/restaurant has an amazing chicken dinner for 2 @ 40.00$ bucks it is delicious. (Rotisserie done in house) The coffee in room is Nespresso vs Keurig; IYKYK. Front desk staff super pleasant. The hallway noise, ie. other guests closing doors, talking etc. was surprisingly loud!!! IMO I would stay here again.
