The Space: A cozy, modern laneway suite with vaulted ceilings, a queen Murphy bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, private balcony, and full bathroom. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, it’s ideal for solo travellers, couples, or short-term work stays.
Guest Access: Self check-in is simple with a secure keypad code provided before arrival. Guests have full and private access to the entire laneway suite and balcony. Entry is through a gate from the green space and pathway through the back yard.

Getting Around: It’s easy to get around whether you’re driving, biking, or on foot. The property has quick access to major roads, dedicated bike paths, and is just a few minutes from public transit stops - including a 10–15 minute walk to Sunnyside LRT station - connecting you to downtown and the rest of the city with ease.
