We stayed in a pet friendly room. Beds were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. We stayed in a double queen bed room. Everyone woke up with very sore backs from worn out beds. They both dipped in the middle with no support left. We stayed for 4 nights so the worn out beds were pretty awful. The room needs to be renovated. It was clean but there was alot of cosmetic damage. Kids had fun at the pool. We liked that there is a rubber turf surface all around pool area. Area is good with stores and restaurants walking distance.

This hotel is above and beyond in expectation the staff is friendly the house keepers are welcoming and always smiling, the breakfast is top tier could add one or two items, and the manager and the front desk is as good at their job as they are kind, well mannered, and excellent at their job. 9/10 always room for improvement but very very happy

Would have been a 5star review if not for a few issues in the room... crumbs and hair at the head of the bed when i moved the pillows to inspect the bed. Its time to clean the matress protectors and bedskirt. Also would have been nice if the room had more than just decaffeinated coffee. Laundry room was immaculate and well appreciated. Staff was courteous

Rooms were not clean. Floors had mud caked on and mould in the vanity. When informing customer service manager, he told me the green mould is just discolouring of wood and the floors did not have any dirt on them. Provided me a partial refund of $15 for two rooms.

Would not stay here again. We stayed 3 nights, and the smell of gas in the hallways was bad. We had complained a few times, apparently it was from the furnace being turned on, then the vents and that vehicles from the outside turned on and running close to the vents. Was assured it would not reach the rooms. Woke up the 3rd day and smell was in the room. Had to open window and put a wet towel by the door to keep smell out. Told the front desk again, and they probably turned off the furnace and then the common areas became freezing. Was pretty close to calling the fire department as I had kids with me ans one has asthma. Room and hotel was fine, definitely showing its age. Their 'light' housekeeping was very light. Breakfast was just alright and were served the same thing every single day. Pool and location was the only upside. Would not stay again.
