A hidden gem near downtown in the charming Richmond neighborhood. The house has some age, but it’s spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped — offering great value for money. It made our first days in Calgary truly memorable.

House was extremely bare bones, but very clean. Kitchen was not well supplied. Did not have a drip coffee maker. Some broken drawers in kitchen. Not enough places for four people to sit and watch television. Intrusive questions after booking requiring names and phone numbers of everyone staying at the house.

Was perfect for our weekend trip. Easy to get around. Loved 17th when we had free time to enjoy. Clean. Perfect for our needs. Communication was quick and smooth!
The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't cook so I can't comment on the facilities. What was difficult for us was it has a lot of stairs and uneven flooring. We were travelling with my elderly uncle so we made it work but it was an issue. I would also suggest proper black out curtains would be good in each bedroom. And with only one bathroom upstairs mirrors in each bedroom would have made it easier for our group to get ready to go out. Location was great for us.
