The front desk staff was very pleasant. The room upgrade was a kindness that was greatly appreciated. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and cozy on a chilly evening.

bedding was fresh and (I believe) memory foam mattress permitted a good night's sleep. Good value for the price. Be sure to turn on the heat on entry in winter. It was quite fresh on first entry and before turning on the heat unit.

The room was clean but very basic. It served our purpose however the elevated price charged for it was not reflective of the level of accommodation provided. Front desk was friendly. Location is good. There are a few restaurants a short walk away which is good because the motel provides nothing extra.

I spoke to the front desk person once and they were very nice. Housekeeping cleans your room every day, and do a good job. Everything worked great. It is an older motel in very good condition and well looked after, with reasonable pricing. I will stay at the Bow River Inn again.
