I had no towels I. My room!! On my reservations it said I would get a smoking room and I did not!! And I was not given a receipt when I checked out!! Room was dirty!! Horrible

Hotel takes a credit card to hold for any damages,....I go to my room and there is cigarette holes burned in the bed spread....on the furniture where someone left a cigarette burn.......i tell the front desk....they assured me I wouldn't be charged for any of that..........yeah, right!!!!......what a way to do business........

I would not recommend this place at all. It is in need of a major overhaul. Lots of sketchy activity in the halls and around the property. Reeks of cigarettes and weed. We left within a half hour of checking in. Staff was nice but the rest was awful.

There is absolutely NO LOCKS ON YHE WINDOWS AND I WAS ON THE GROUND FLOOR!!!! NO cameras facing my room back door was unlocked 24/7. Very unsafe!!!!!

Pros: Easy access and close to the activities that I was there for
Cons: Better breakfast selection.
Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Location was good with easy access. Breakfast selection is very limited.

Fine for a place to sleep.

The hotel is fine for a place to sleep. The room was small and not well arranged. Outlets for charging your electronic devices was inconvenient. Plumbing fixtures could be updated. Had a hard time figuring out the shower/tub fixture. Off was in the center, then turn one way for cold and the other for hot? The faucet for the sink was barely over the sink, I could barely get my hands in the water flow.

Wonderful experince

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This hotel was excellent, The staff was very helpful, the rooms are very clean, The breakfast was very nice, I would recomment everyone to stay here when visiting New Castle.

Darn Dogs

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, dogs barking half the night
We stay at this hotel at least two to three times a year. The only complaint we have ever had here is the dogs. I'm sorry but you should have rooms set aside for this due to people having alergies. Almost everything about this hotel is great except that. I understand that people have pets but please think about those that don't.
