our room wasn’t ready just quite yet when we got to the hotel but they soon texted to let us know the hotel was ready. The ladies were super sweet and asked what they could do to make our stay better and I asked for more towels and blankets. Came back to the room and they were on the bed for us!

One of the mattresses was v-shaped, sagging in the middle. I was disappointed we had to keep asking for 3 days for room to be cleaned up and towels replaced. Staff was courteous.

The room was clean, but the shower/toilet area was very small. Barely enough room to turn around. Also, there was no side chair in the room. Only a desk chair. I saw that other rooms did have a side chair to sit and watch TV without having to sit or lay on the bed.
