Horrible staff and dirty rooms, used contact lenses and hair everywhere, a toilet smell all night from other units spreading the room. The staff was accusing us of unpaid invoice, even though she was there herself during checking in collecting all payments. Do not stay at this hotel!

Epic views, friendly staff. All the different saunas were nice and the indoor pool was 90f which was wonderful. I had panorama view room on the 8th floor facing the mountain range, it was such a great view we didn't want to leave the room and got room service.

I paid more than my colleague for my two night stay. He had full pool and gym access whereas I did not have any access to either. They asked me for another 50 euro if I wanted a swim. Reception staff were rude and dismissive.

Very easy check in, everything could be done straight from my phone. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains, it was very quiet apart from being woken up by the church bells at 5 am but this is expected in many Swiss towns and villages.

I ended up getting sick and am still paying the price 3 days later as my vocal cords have not yet healed (no I was not drunk, this is a thing for some people when the body can’t expel heat). It is a great place for you if you do not mind still air, because the rest of the experience was exactly what we paid for."
