This NEW condo is part of the historical Unique Theater renovation and filled with all the amenities that living in the heart of downtown Salida offers- walking distance to theaters, restaurants, art galleries, and the Arkansas River walk. The Main Level is open and spacious with a Queen Bedroom, large office/den (Murphy Queen Bed) and a full custom tiled bathroom. Second Floor has a Master Suite, with walk in in closet and and loft area with a futon for additional sleeping space.

High-end finishes include- soaring 12+ ft ceilings, hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows and gas fireplace with rustic wood mantel. Kitchen is sleek with solid surface counters and stainless appliances- filled with all the tools you will need to prepare a meal for your friends and family! The outdoor space is a private 479 square foot deck with a fire pit, picnic table, grill and plenty of seating. Perfect for enjoying the beautiful Salida evenings!
