Bad Check In and Billing Dept
During my stay I had trouble checking in. I then stayed another week and the hotel couldn’t even find my booking and finally figured out someone had canceled it. They ended up creating a new booking and tried to compensate me for my time with a room upgrade. I thought that was the end of things as I paid for my stay at the hotel and appreciated their gesture. Now, 3 weeks later, I saw that Hotels.com had charged my credit card after I already paid. When I reached out they said the hotel had put me as a no-show. Now I have been double charged and have to go through the mess of cleaning it up while dealing with a company (hotels.com) that doesn’t have a customer service number. On the last update they said that they can’t get a hold of the hotel so to wait 3 days for them to get back. I would NOT recommend this hotel if you are booking through hotels.com, it has been horrible. Also hotels.com customer service has been one of the worst and I am going to start looking at other options or just book directly with a larger hotel chain so I don’t have to deal with this in the future.
