Group of 7 weekend trip split across 3 rooms. Overall we had a pleasant stay in a very beautiful decorated hotel. Rooms exceed our expectations considering it’s only ranked at 3 stars. The 2 men at reception were very welcoming and friendly on our arrival. Hotel and rooms were very clean, good overall location (5 mins to Therme Spa) and close to local shops and the city. Room sizes were good- dressing gown, slippers, water bottle available on arrival. Beds pretty comfortable and the pressure of the shower was great. Breakfast was also good- only suggestion is that they can consider adding some baked beans to their selection. The shuttle service was reliable and prompt. Hotel wasn’t busy for us thankfully. Summer period may differ. The free WiFi worked well. The only negatives we had was, one of the rooms we booked was for 3 people and only 2 body towels were available on arrival. Not a big deal because we requested for 1 extra but, when you’re flying in late and tired, you just want a smooth experience. Also, the bigger room (apartment) was pretty cold. Turned up temperature but, nothing seemed to make a difference. The tea bag tray in the room wasn’t re-filled and the safe also wasn’t working in one of the rooms. Overall, highly recommend

I only issues were the heating control on the wall did not work properly and the room was too hot. The other issue I had was that the receptionist told me that the shuttle bus runs every 45 minutes, but she failed to tell me that I had to reserve it in advance and that I had to pay for it. Luckily they were able to arrange the shuttle bus quickly and the cost was only about five euros so at the end of it all not a big deal.

Lovely stay although bed comfort could be improved

Overall we had a really good stay. The hotel was modern with good facilities and very clean. I advised the hotel we were celebrating a special occasion and they added a lovely little touch to the room for this. Our only disappointment with our stay was the level of comfort of the bed and pillows, the pillows seemed cheap and offered very little support. Other than this which is likely due to personal preference I would recommend staying here.

Decent quality hotel close to the airport.

Hotel looked very clean and well kept on arrival. Room was spacious and the bathroom was modern with good fixtures and fittings. Twin beds were comfortable, if a little narrow. Pillows were not great. However, we found a previous guests’ dirty pants in our room, showing the room had not been cleaned properly after previous checkout. Service in the restaurant was slow.

The reason for the overall 4 star and not 5 is because the bed was like sleeping in a rock, the pillows were microfibre, so once you put your head down they were flat. The aircon didn't work and the room was boiling. Even in 16degrees so we had to turn it off and sleep with no covers. The hotel and staff itself were friendly, clean and accommodating, but the rooms need some attention to comfort

I would definitely stay again, Location is great for what i needed.and accept the view will ne what it would be. The male staff were all superb from both i dealt with at reception to bar staff. Excellent service. The only thing that stopped me giving excellent on all counts was that i called with a query whilst i was out out the female member of staff who answered was of no help just saying i dont know rather than trying to give me an alternative.and on another occassion a female member of staff st reception i found quite dismissive. Otherwise nothing but praise .

Quite brand-new hotel close to the airport. But a lot of details surprised me not in a good way - strange arrangement of lights and ventilation at bathroom (light in the bathroom only with ventilator and light in front of the bathroom => light in the sleeping room), low quality grouting (sometimes missing, sometimes smudged; but tiles very modern), curtains insufficient for width of window (not possible to make complete dark), expected better isolation from outside noise, funny mirror making you extremely slim:)) breakfast was expected with even more variety of items
