"The hotel floors were very clean ! They had a strict no smoking policy which we liked because of children and it’s hard to find clean air when smoking is common. But the staff were smoking inside everywhere so there was smoke and a strong smell. The bed was very very uncomfortable and most of all there was no buffet. We added on the half board and paid extra for it for buffet breakfast and dinner but there wasn’t a buffet at anytime. We were given an al la carte menu and still got a bill for 4,000 dinars at one meal for drinks (non alcoholic). The reception staff was rude about the bill and said it’s only the drinks from the machine or pitchers but there weren’t any. THERE WASNT A BUFFET. I’d like to also mention how horrible it looked to see one staff member of Asian decent working very hard cleaning the floors and keeping the entire hotel clean and constantly working while the remaining staff members were sitting around smoking. "

" The best hotel in Novi Pazar. The location is fantastic—right in the centre, within easy walking distance to shops, cafes and landmarks. The security men do a wonderful job managing the entrance and looking after guests’ cars in the hotel car park, which makes a big difference if you’re driving. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended."
