Desk clerks was very friendly and helpful. Cheerful. Rooms dated but okay for a nights stay. Beds comfortable. No fitness room as advertised.

The only thing we didn’t like was the musty smell when we first opened the door - once we aired it out it was fine. The room was clean and the bedding fresh and did not smell. The musty smell may have come from the bathroom.

Not only was this property disgusting, they don’t clean rooms, dirty laundry on sidewalks, trash overflowing.. “maintenance/housekeeping” male was so sketchy looking that I wouldn’t allow him to come in our room. Then they want to charge us $150 for some WiFi box (I wouldn’t know what that was if I were holding it!). Thank goodness for an awesome bank that stopped charges and travelocity for refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! ITS A RIP OFF !!!

Our trash receptacles are emptied daily. We most definitely do not leave laundry on our sidewalks and during your 3-day stay there was never a complaint about your room, if there were we would have been able to accommodate and fix any and all of your needs. Your room had just been blocked and shut down for carpet cleaning. After all items put back in the room, the GM inspected it and opened it back up. The maintenance man is dark complected but there is nothing "sketchy" about him. We employ people of all races and backgrounds. Very sorry.

Couldn't get tv to work.Got hold of maintenance worker and he walked in, reached behind TV and grabbed a cable and plugged it into top of TV and,all was good. I suggest that they should make sure all TVs are connected as others staying there had similar problems.
