"Everything was clean and the receptionist was very helpful. The chalet is pretty and very comfortable. The only issue was the laundry that only accept coins. Impossible to find coins these days. Except for that, everything was perfect"

I even had to use my own clothing to cover the pillow because of the odor. The accommodation I received did not match the building shown in the photos. Although the property was nearly empty, staff wanted to charge an extra NZD 50 to change rooms and another NZD 50 to switch from a King Bed to Twin Beds, despite my advance request."
