Absolutely love this hotel and staff

This has been the best experience I have ever had with a hotel. I have had to stay over time and time again and I’ve been treated like a welcome regular every single time. They have checked me in early, they’ve held my bags in between reservations, and the manager especially has made this entire experience feel great when it should be stressing me out.

Property could really use some updates. Front desk staff were very nice. Kitchen staff wouldn’t let us use tables to visit with family staying there. Need a better conversation area in lobby. Breakfast was awesome!! Have a lot of good food for breakfast. Happy hour is limited to Monday thru Thursday and really needs to offer more kinds of drinks and food. Had nachos with soda and beer. Would be nice if a shuttle was available also.

Property not as bright and clean as advertised in expedia pictures. This is a bit misleading which i did not like. Reason why i checked out early. Still the property didn't want to refund me my money even though i did not stay my whole reservation and wanted to stick to their policy of charging customers. This is terrible and not really kind. Be aware if you find yourself in a situation like me as they will not lift a finger for you or understand that everyone have their own preferences.

I booked 5 rooms thru expedia and I was charged $146.20 plus $21.94 tax for 4 rooms and $177.92 plus $23.21 tax for the 5th room. All 5 rooms were exactly the same, two double beds. The hotel stated that Expedia was the one that needed to correct the charge. So who do I complaint to?
