good service but bad pool

the first thing i noticed the tv was broken . i told the front desk they changed my room .then the pool smelled nasty. like sewage. like pooped .i was afraid to get sick if i get in the pool .but the front desk was really helpful. but i dont think i would ever go again

There were cockroaches in the first room that I receive in the 3rd floor. That same night we change to the 1st floor to a new room and we saw again cockroaches in the 2nd and 3rd night.

Horrible, I am not a picky person when it comes to hotels but this was horrendous. Roaches all over the floor crawling from the dresser and cabinets. One was crawling on me after I left the the hotel, I noticed it 10 minutes down the road that I had a roach on my shoulder! Disgusting!!!! I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.

Marijuana smoke poured down the bathroom vents to the point of catching second hand contact. The individual above from us was notified multiple times and continued to disregard the the fact that all the smoke was coming downstairs, where my wife and kids slept.

Buen hotel, le falta mantenimiento

La recepción está muy bien, tiene estacionamiento sin costo. La habitación estaba super equipada, con refrigerador, cafetera, microondas, algunos platos y cubiertos, plancha y burro de planchar. Todo por un excelente precio. Solamente que el clima tiraba agua y había olor a humedad. El mueble del lavabo tenía suelta la tabla inferior. La alfombra del pasillo también estaba sucia. Estaba muy cansado y no pedí el cambio de habitación.

Well, as we arrived everything looked perfect, later that day our restroom was locked, and there was no one to open it, frontdesk changed our room, which I'm glad. As we areived to the new room, it was flooded, rhe air conditioner was faulty, they gave us another room, here is my big disappointment, the room had many roaches.

Bed skirt was dingy. Underneath the bed was dirty as well. Lime built up around bathroom faucet made it difficult to turn on. Bathroom door needs adjusting. Woke up everyone in the hotel each time we opened and closed it. Flat pillows and flat old beds. Worse stay I’ve had. Staff was professional but not friendly or seemed to want to be there.

Room had roaches. They have a second floor garbage room and it caused the whole floor to stink. The door on the trash didn't close so the door just sealed into the hallways selling of rotten fish.
