I had to use my shoulder to get the door to open. As soon as I walked in, there was crunching under my feet. Only one light worked, and the door frame from inside the room was broken, and all of the paint and wallpaper was removed around it.

Staff was helpful. Room was in great need of work. Obviously neglected for far too long. The overall appearance of the entire place was that of a run down business that has not kept up with standards and expectations of what we believe most people like. I would never recommend it to anybody.
