The place is very convenient to the Bristol Bus Station -- helpful to me because I arrived from, and returned to, Heathrow Airport. The food was good and the room verbally fine. But I was very disappointed in the lack of facilities for charging phones and tablets. There were no USB chargers and no 110v outlets, which are common in hotels throughout Europe.
