Air conditioners at the property did not work during our stay. There is no reception desk at the apartment complex, only a phone number to call if you have any issues. Unfortunately all calls made to the given number, re: air con issue, were met with little to no assistance. I was assured call backs but they were never received. The road noise in the apartment (Floor 11) was too loud to leave the windows open during the evening.
Wifi was that slow that not even Netflix would load. We chose this accommodation due to its location to the Children's Hospital but I would not recommend this accommodation due to very poor customer service!!! I called them again prior to leaving this review and was told I would receive a call from the Manager.... still waiting 6 days later!!!
