We liked how conveniently located this property was. The price was good too. On check in we were given a room that smelt like an ashtray…yuk. We were given another room which was still being cleaned when we went to go in. Another room was provided and this was clean and fresh smelling. Staff were friendly.

Great place to stay that's close to Eagle Farm and Doomben racetracks, a great little Club called Gallopers, and shops and transport. Would've rated it higher if there were batteries in the TV remote—sheesh.
