We only had a couple of nights here when first arriving in Australia. We had a room rather than an apartment as we weren't staying long. The room was clean and comfortable and my wife especially liked the bathroom. We arrived late after reception had closed but late check-in procedure had been communicated beforehand. The room was reasonably priced. The hotel is someway from the centre of the city in Toowong but there's public transport for 50cents a ticket on both bus and train. Or if you're feeling energetic the riverside path is a short walk away and gets you to all parts of the city (about 50 minutes to the centre). It's a 65-70$AU to the airport. There's plenty of shops and eateries just down the road from the hotel so no issues there. Overall a good place to stay.

Great hotel. Good location. Wonderful staff.

The hotel was conveniently placed for a quick commute into Brisbane centre. Our apartment, like the hotel, was clean and well appointed and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only improvement I can think of would be to have separate bins within the apartment for recycling - this would have seen me to give them a higher eco-friendly score.
