We had an excellent experience. The room was clean and quiet as we needed. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportations. You need the room key to get into the property which made us feel safe. Staff was always there to help.

Staff on arrival although nice had no personality and did not communicate well upon check-in. We arrived 20mins before 3pm and still were given no communication that our room was ready. We were in reception waiting. We had to ask if our room was ready. At 3pm. No one else was waiting at reception at the time. 2 staff at reception. Not very good customer service.

We loved our cosy quiet comfortable and stylish bright one bedroom apartment with leafy view of Anzac square. Kitchenette plus washing machine /dryer and 2 TV's!! So convenient to Queen st mall shops riverside walks and dining . Walked from the train station and across to Hotel in 5 mins. Fabulous.

Great central location, can walk to all the Brisbane attractions free here. Very spacious apartment with lots of room. Needs a makeover, particularly the bathroom which is showing signs of old age. The tiny shower head (like a hand shower) was almost unusable because of it’s design and it was impossible to have a proper shower
