Spacious three-bedroom located steps from San Clemente`s beach access, historic Casino, Ole Hanson Beach Club & Miramar Food Hall located directly across from our unit! 15 restaurants and an ocean view rooftop bar! Ideal for families, weddings, or a relaxing coastal retreat. Features include two balconies, central air conditioning and heating, and ample space to relax. Beach walks, surfing, dining, and nightlife are all easily accessible.
Enjoy two private balconies, fresh coastal air, and convenient access to the beach, trail, cafés, surf spots, and local restaurants.

My family and I enjoyed this property because of its location and the spacious living room and balcony. The house was clean, updated and equipped with all toiletries and cooking supplies. Good property for families except for the number of stairs to reach your unit. The restaurants and beach were in walking distance as well as some hiking trails. Great playgrounds for the young ones. San Clemente Condo with parking

My group of (5) over 60 adults had a great time in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the restrooms and kitchen had nice toiletries and plenty of towels. There are 48 steps to the front door, but once you get there it is a lovely place to be and very quiet. Nice balconies too for grilling or just chilling out. We would definitely stay there again.
