The staff were excellent, apart from one elderly waiter on the special music night who was very rude, brought us the wrong water ( sparkling rather than still) and then proceeded to ignore us for half an hour even though I'd tried to ask him for a wine recommendation - we got up & walked out sadly. The rest of the bar & restaurant staff were friendly and helpful all of the rest of the time. The rooms were spacious - we were travelling with a wheelchair so this was a necessity. The bathroom was well equipped but the shower was a tad small to manoeuvre in. The spa area was lovely. On the whole a great choice. That said, there are virtually no wheelchair accessible taxis in this area so bear that in mind!"
