"Amazing luxury experience at this classy hotel. Staff is amazing, restaurants are fantastic and more dining and shopping is just a block away. Classic Long Island Main Street setting is also wonderful, and across the street you can grab the train to manhattan for more of the New York experience. Highly recommend!"

"The property itself was cozy, however what disrupted my experience there was the bad Wifi and the fact that when I arrived to the room they still weren’t done cleaning it even when I was 3 hours late to my reservation time. They forced me to switch rooms due to this situation but it was an annoying delay."

"I will begin by saying that the staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful. They were competent, friendly, professional. As my husband said , “they were as good as the staff at the Plaza or Trump Towers.” Secondly, the downstairs is amazingly beautiful. Thirdly, the rooms need a major overhaul. The showers don’t have very good water pressure at all. I took a cool shower. Mold in the bathroom sink. The hallway was not vacuumed once during the week of my trip. Honestly, the staff would be the reason I returned to this hotel. Breakfast was good, but very expensive."
