The house was clean and nicely appointed with everything you need to cook meals or bring in carry out. Beds were comfortable. Was close enough to town that it was convenient but far enough away that you weren't on the busy strip. Plenty of rooting for an entire large family.

This home was very clean and comfortable. With three floors, our family could be together or separate as needed (we had 2 babies with us). The furniture and beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had 2 towels and 2 washcloths on the bed. I would suggest a baking sheet and dishcloths/towels for the kitchen. Only one kitchen dishtowel was provided. The house was a short drive to all of the places we visited in Branson. Highly recommend!

We had everything we needed for a fun get-away with our adult kids, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. Everyone slept well and had lots of space to play and relax. Drive way is a little steep. Back deck watching the sunset over the lake was a family favorite!

We enjoyed our stay at this awesome home in a great location. Kitchen was big and spacious. All of the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy and it was nice having the use of the garage, as the driveway is quite steep for parking. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is conveniently only 10-15 minutes from most things.

Host was friendly. Check-in instructions on site varied from those sent via VRBO inbox. This home is perfect for a big family who plans to see a lot of Branson and likely eat out a lot. My family prefers to cook, then kitchen was somewhat cramped for our activities. Overall, stay was fine.

We had a nice time at this home. Spacious enough for all 10 of us! Kitchen was well equipped. Enough towels and washcloths for all. Plenty of seating for meals. Driveway is very steep so if there are multiple cars just keep that in mind. If planning to use the grill you might just check the propane when you get there. We didn’t notice it would go out until we were halfway through cooking. Owner was very responsive though when I mentioned it after we left and said she would let the cleaning person know and would have sent them if we had notified them at the time. Not a huge deal…just something to check on arrival.Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to lake and Branson. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home with LOTS of space.

The house was awesome. It had every convenience you could think of. Most of the house was very clean. Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms all had counters you could eat off of, clean towls, bedding, and amenities. The only cleanliness issue we had was under the basement couch, but if something hadn't been dropped and rolled under there we would've never noticed. We had and issue with a couple guests trying to get into the house at one point, but that ended up being a miscommunication on our end, but the property owner was easy to get ahold of and even sent someone to the home to help! Overall i would definitely us this place again in the future!

I appreciated the communication and willingness of the manager to help. On our second day, a couple of family members went back to the rental early and weren’t able to get in via the door code. It wasn’t any fault of the property or the lock, we simply weren’t putting in the code correctly. I called the manager and she was very helpful and was even going to send out a lock smith to fix it. Once I got there I was able to put in the code correctly so we didn’t need help after all. But I was impressed with how prompt and willing the manager was to help.
