The room that we received was nothing like the pictures or description of the room that we received. When I asked the staff, they didn’t even have a room like the one that I supposedly booked. It was very frustrating.

Good location & cleanliness. The two of us had only one hand towel & one washcloth. We would have liked 2. By the time we realized, it was late so I washed my face in the shower with my hands. We shared the hand towel. It did have 4 bath towels.

The pool area was ugly, no plants, pool water dirty looking. No Handicap parking near pool building entrance for our pool-view room. Parking lot dark and isolated. No Accessibility from our room to breakfast area. No towel or trash service. I had to go get fresh towels after calling and waiting for 2 1/2 hours. I called the hotel directly the day before check in and was PROMISED we would have a room that was easy to get to and from breakfast and handicap entrances. Didn't happen! And, the clerk at check in was very unhelpful and annoyingly, used the word "unfortunately" at least 20 times. Everything was blamed on them having 3 buses that arrived even though they promised me a certain room less than 24 hours earlier. This is the second time in two months that Quality Inn has failed.me! Will not stay at a Quality Inn again!

I will address this issues of the housekeeping not giving stayover service to our housekeeping department. We can get this issues fix for our future guest. Again Thank you for staying with us.

Pool was green, hot tub was nasty. Room was ok but floors were disgusting. Still the previous peoples soap in the shower. Half inch gap in the front door so you hear absolutely everything. It was like I was staying at a barely nicer motel 6. When you pay 180 a night you’re expecting a nice hotel. Run down and gross is what I got. Nice trick with the pictures on the web site guys. If you’re looking for a place they should seriously charge 59.99 a night but charge 180.00 this place is for you!

Terrible place drove 5 hours arrived at 11:40 pm go to check in and they have over booked us and didnt have a room for us. Had to find a new room at midnight. Staff didnt even tell us rhus qhile i was in the phone with them letting them know that qe qouls be a late arrival
