There was a cricket invasion in the town of Brady, TX. My room had more than 30 crickets in the room. 90% were dead and I killed the moving ones. If not for that everything else in the room was totally acceptable and the beds were very comfortable.. The desk staff was great! The breakfast was good and normal for a complimentary breakfast. The coffee machine was individual cup and very good.

The lady was rude they charge me $150 dollars then tried to make me put up a 75 dollar deposit and after all that the lady at the front desk ask me to give her cigarettes and I was a little late for breakfast and they wouldn't service me I paid 150 dollar so my kid could swim and they didn't open the gate til the pool to after 10 30 and I was was remind check out was a 11 all around not worth 150 I want my money back

Great and care service

The service was great. I locked myself out of my room, as I was loading my truck. My service dog was locked in the room. One of the ladies immediately helped me. When eating breakfast, another lady helped me with my food, so I could take it to my room. The service was so great it made my stress level minimal.
