Community Information & Restrictions
Oak Shores allows a maximum of two vehicles and one watercraft trailer parked at the home. Any additional vehicles may unload with a one-hour pass and must then park in the overflow lot outside the community gate.

Watercraft Policy & Fees
Bringing a watercraft into Oak Shores requires a $25 per day fee, plus a $5 mussel inspection fee. All watercraft must be clean, drained, and dry and must not have been in a mussel-infected body of water within 30 days prior to arrival. Watercraft that do not meet these requirements are not permitted into the community.
Per California law, all watercraft drivers are required to have a boating license. Boating licenses can be obtained at https://boatus.org.

The community permits up to 12 adults (over the age 16 per home); any additional sleeping capacity must be children under 16.

Fabulous stay - Cody was super responsive and the location, amenities and size of the house made us feel so at home! An amazing birthday weekend with friends and can’t recommend this spot enough.

Beautiful large home with an amazing view from the deck and inside the house. Lots of rooms and beds to accommodate large groups. Kitchen was large and well stocked. Lots of chairs and and two tables on the deck made for great dinners outside. Just one renter be ware, it's a long steep way down to the water/dock. There are stairs for most of it, but when the water is lower the final way down can be quite tricky. Glad we didn't bring our older parents, there's no way they would be able to get down to the dock.
