Love this hotel. Breakfast amazing, nice lobby, friendly staff. The room was mostly clean- bathroom floor was not fully swept- but rest of hotel very clean. We will absolutely stay again.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. We found some issues with our room. The shower was dirty. The sofa bed had a ton of crumbs and we had to have housekeeping come clean it off. We typically do our own cleaning when we go to hotels so the shower wasn’t a big deal but the sofa bed was crazy. Apparently we sprayed a ton of Lysol and it set off the CO2 alarm. Maintenance came and disconnected the alarm. We slept 2 nights without a CO2 monitor. We survived though. Other than that the stay was decent and would stay again.

It was a family stay for Christmas. The place itself very nice. The staff, very nice. My complaints: The tv in the lounge area in our room would turn on but not allow you to see any channels, stayed on a blank help screen. Called to front desk, sent a maintenance guy up? He was nice but clueless too. Said the tech guy was on vacation. He stayed 20 mins couldn't get it figured out. I ended up googling alot on my own and got it fgiured out. Was stressful. The two queen beds appeared very nice. However, super uncomfortable. Very hard mattress. At bedtime the lights from the fountain outside were so bright. No matter how you tried closing the curtains, they dont close all the way at all.
