Had used this property for many years for KHP functions. Came back after 6 years to new policies and no repairs. Bathroom picture had a smashed frame, tub was chipped, baseboard chipped and frayed by tub. Door to room edge wood frayed, had to shove on door to get it open. Parking now $15 a day (!!!) for a $200 per night mediocre room. Housekeeping made one of two beds over the 3 night stay for 2 people. So sad this propert has not held status. I wont return.

It was quite . But the bathroom door was ready to fall off and needed maintenence to come up and fix. The toilet keptvrunning and we needef to to jiggle the flush handle to find a csweet sp o t to shutdown the refill down. We were never told told that our complimentary drinks were only between 5 and 6:30. The back of bathroom door had what looked to be plaster chalk smugged all over the lower half of door. For the price of stay i expected better.

This report is a must if staying in Lexington Kentucky. So convient to explore the horse farms nearby. Close enough to The Ark Adventure and Creation Museum. The restaurant is wonderful and breakfast was awesome.

I loved the atrium, so spacious and light, with greenery everywhere, and the soothing sight and sound of the water fountains. And then, outside by the parking lot is a lovely pond with walking area.

The room was somewhat clean the bottom of trash can was absolutely gross. The common areas were gross in my opinion. The bed very comfortable and the luxury bedding was awesome. I would stays going just for that.

Parking fee program horrible!

All was great until I was informed about the parking fees being charged. Looking back at the booking website I just found where it disclosed paid parking, however wasn't on the main amenities page that just said parking available. I've never paid to park at a hotel in my 40 years of travels, and had i seen this i wouldn't have booked it. 2 days was $34.98 which is ridiculous.
