Each property is 220 sq.m and is built in a 2000 sq.m plot; with parking, private pool and a private garden, offering guests privacy and a sense of serenity.
Villa Levanda has four levels. On the ground floor two out of the three bedrooms are located. On the semi-basement, guests will find a recreational area equipped with a TV and a billiard table.
