Quiet neighborhood retreat

We are so grateful for our stay. It was our home base while visiting family. It is a quick drive to NCAR and Chautauqua for hiking and exploring. There is a park a couple blocks away with a playground and large grassy area to play.When we were leaving, my kids were asking if we can stay there for our next visit. Our family spent a wonderful week touring Boulder and the front range. Max & Laura's house was a comfortable home base where we could cook some meals and head out on our adventures. We loved staying here. Even though the hosts live upstairs, the apartment is very private. It is in the lower level, but with the windows it doesn't feel like a basement. We loved having use of the backyard and it was an easy walk to a park with trails. The hosts were very nice and easy to work with. And if you are missing your dog on vacation, Judy is a lovely substitute!

Great basement suite

My family had a very nice stay in Boulder, my only issue was that we were not warned about the dog being loose in the backyard that is the only access to the door (awkward entering a yard with a big dog we didn’t know). The dog (Judy) was very friendly and the kids had a blast playing with her tho! The inside was very clean and cozy. Our family would definitely stay again!
