I would give a 5 star because everything was perfect here. Nice room, nice area and great staff. But while I was showering someone walked into our room. The only thing that stopped him was the metal flip lock on the top. I called the front desk and they said the man stayed there the previous night and thought he had scheduled an extra night so he went straight to the room and was able to open the door with his key that he had from the night before.

I chose this hotel after reading the reviews and the reviews were spot on. The bed is high which isn’t a problem since I am tall but I can see how some people would have an issue with it. The hotel is located close to a train track and the train whistle will definitely wake you up if you are sleeping. If that doesn’t wake you up then the young kid running up and down the hallway crying will do it. The walls of the rooms are paper thin so you can hear your next door neighbor snoring during the night. It seems they like to put everyone on the top floor. Why, I don’t know. At least the elevator was working. There was only one luggage cart for the entire hotel. The shower drain was so slow you would be standing in several inches of water by the time your shower was finished. The breakfast is meager at best. The good news is the staff was friendly both checking in and departure.
