The main water line was broken. Everyone that could had to leave. We had to stay. The brought large container of water to flush toilet and we were not able to wash or use water. We were there to go to take our autistic grandson to tweetsie railroad and hopefully pull my husband out of a deep mourning from losing his son 6 months ago unexpectantly. We had to pack up in the mourning and be put in a tiny motel. The move shortened out time at Tweetsie, was physically hard on us,etc. We were promised full refund as well was everyone else. I talked to manager and one was issued. We have not recieved outs because it was sent to Expedia rather than our bank account. It has been a month now. STill waiting!

Only issue we had was the air conditioner is at the.head of the bed and blows directly on you which is extremely uncomfortable for the person sleeping in the bed next to the air conditioner.

Was about to leave my house, chk in is at 3:00. Got a cancellation call bcse of a water issue. Needed to make a last minute reservation at La Quinta. Best thing that happened to us, La Quinta was less expensive, closer to the venue and had a no hassle chk in all with a direct interaction with the hotel. No middle man needed, Ill be doing that from now on.
