Cozy, mountain charm in Evergreens 1222. Come enjoy the mountain view in this two bedroom, two bath, level entry condo located in our gated community of Echota. Enjoy an electric fireplace and standalone shower. A new, Christmas 2023, 4k UHD smart TV with Apple AirPlay 2 and Chromecast built in, graces the living room. The master bedroom TV has Chromecast streaming.  Accommodations for four guests with a king size bed in the primary suite and two twins in the guest bedroom. There is a well-appointed full kitchen with Keurig, washer dryer and covered back deck to enjoy the mountain breezes. Your rental includes access to the resort’s amenities!

Gated community with access to indoor pool & jacuzzi, fitness room and clubhouse, stocked catch and release ponds (equipment not provided), 23-acre nature conservancy along Watauga River. Access to sister community amenities, outdoor pool & jacuzzi (seasonal May 1st - Oct. 1st), fitness room, clubhouse (5-minute drive).

 Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing, miniature golfing, ziplining, go-carts, and gem mining.
