The reception staff and manager were rude and unprofessional and the housekeeping staff/management, in addition to leaving room doors wide open, left a master key card on the table in our room, which presumably would have provided access to every room in the hotel! The hotel's resolution to all of these issues by numerous members of staff from multiple departments was to have a word with the person who cleaned our room! "
