I have never stayed in a room this bad before. The bed was soiled with not one but 2 different types of something that appeared to be dried blood (not washed) The bedding had not been washed!! There was food smashed into carpet, The window did not lock, The toilet moved when seated, the mirror was broken at a level where a child could get hurt and dust/hairball on floor. I know it’s a budget friendly room but it was a sanitary issue. Fully disgusted.

The room was in shambles. No molding on the trim, the bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way, the entire property smells like an ash tray, the water in the pool was green, and there was a working walking around on the phone cursing out someone on the other end. Definitely not worth the money I spent to stay here.

It was uncomfortable because of cleanliness and towel service. One trash can. Stayed a week and bedding never changed. Had to take dirty towels to front desk for replacement. Received dingy and mascara stained replacements. Would have changed hotels, but nothing was available!

This property was an okay, economical option to stay at for a few days. It is very run down and in 4 days, housekeeping did not come to my room even a single time to restock towels or empty the garbage.

Room was dirty. Towels were dirty and looked like they haven't been washed from previous guests. Shower curtain was filthy and needs to be thrown away. Toilet paper holder fell out of the wall when trying to use it. We were given a different room than we reserved. Worst hotel I've ever been in. I wish I had left and gone anywhere else. Awful.
